Fabulous historic facility with space for seating up to 40 at a sit down event or up to 120 for a reception. The Katy Depot makes a unique location for holiday parties, family get to-gethers, wedding rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, reunions, or corporate presentations. Rent includes use of and set up of up to folding chairs and six foot folding tables. First floor room is ada accessible, has adjacent restrooms and a food prep area.
